Hello! I am a teaching assistant and PhD student at Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB, Belgium). I am with APECS Belgium since 2021 and I am also involved with APECS International. My interest for polar and alpine region sparked during my master in physical geography at Stockholm University and has continuously increased since then. Beside my duty with giving practicals and guiding the students, I started my PhD. The main goal of my thesis is to model the impact of subsea Permafrost thaw to the geochemistry of the Arctic Ocean.  When I am not squabbling with my Matlab or Fortran codes, I like to go hiking or camping in the few Belgian forests, or in the Alps.
